How to convert MP4 to text

What to expect
- Supported inputs
- MP4 videos, and any other video or recording this browser can read.
- What happens
- Whisper, a speech recognition model, listens to the MP4's sound on your device and writes down each word with its time. The video itself isn't changed.
- Limits
- The first time, the browser downloads the 77 MB speech model and keeps it. Transcribing takes about a sixth of the video's length. Clear speech comes out best.
