Then add a picture or a color, and bars that move with the sound if you like. Nothing is uploaded.

MP3, M4A, WAV, FLAC, and other audio, or a video with sound.

How to convert OGG to MP4

Open an OGG audio file, add a cover picture or pick a background color, and save an MP4 that plays the sound over it, for sites that take video but not audio. Ogg Vorbis and Opus files open, including voice messages saved as .ogg. It runs in your browser, so the file is never uploaded.

  1. Step 1

    Choose your OGG
Pick an .ogg or .oga file, or drop it above.
  2. Step 2

    Add a picture
Add an image or pick a background color.
  3. Step 3

    Download the MP4
Save the video when it finishes.

What to expect

Supported inputs
OGG and OGA sound (Vorbis or Opus), and any other audio or video with sound this browser can read. Pictures can be PNG, JPEG, or WebP.
What happens
The sound plays over a still picture for its full length, encoded as AAC (MP3 where the browser has no AAC encoder).
Limits
This page is for Ogg sound. Ogg videos with Theora pictures can't be converted yet, since no browser decodes Theora. The picture stays the same for the whole video.
