What to expect

- MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, MPEG-TS, and other videos this browser’s engine can read.
- What happens
- Each part is saved as its own file in the source format and packed into a ZIP. Parts of an MPEG-TS recording are saved as MP4, which video editors open. You can also download the parts one at a time. Choose Frame-exact to split exactly; each part is then re-encoded.
- Limits
- Without re-encoding, each part starts on a key frame, so it can begin up to a few seconds before your mark.
