- The default limit is 10 MB. Bitrate is estimated from the limit and source size, and the resolution steps down when the budget is too tight for a sharp picture. The output is checked against the limit and the original file size. A smaller input is never intentionally expanded to fill the limit.

- A bitrate estimate is not a size guarantee. Very short size budgets, unsupported codecs, or device memory limits can prevent a valid export.
