PNG, JPG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, SVG, BMP, and GIF. As many as you like, or a whole folder.

Size for
Pick a size, then drag the box over the part to keep.

About 4 × 2 cm, a JPG from 10 to 20 KB.

Both sides are used as typed, stretching the picture if they don't match its shape.

Shape

Drag the box over the picture, or pull its handles. The shape is centered on any other picture you add.

Turn

Clockwise above zero. The corners it leaves are filled in, or see-through in a PNG.

Mirror

Horizontal swaps left and right, as a mirror does. Vertical turns it upside down.

Every color becomes the gray of how bright it looks.

Opens everywhere, and photos come out smallest. JPG has no transparency.

For forms that refuse a file under a size. Quality goes up to reach it.

Kept under 20 KB, not smaller than 10 KB.

How to resize a signature for an online form

Pick the size the form asks for, such as 140 × 60 pixels and under 20 KB for SSC and IBPS, or type your own in pixels or centimeters, and add a photo of your signature. Drag the crop box tight around the ink, and the signature is saved as a JPG at that size and under that KB limit, checked before you download. Everything happens in your browser, so your signature is never uploaded.

  1. Step 1

    Pick the form's size
SSC, IBPS, a passport photo, or type your own.
  2. Step 2

    Crop to the ink
Add the photo and drag the box tight around the signature.
  3. Step 3

    Download
Save the JPG once its pixels and KB are checked.

What to expect

Supported inputs
A photo or scan of the signature as JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, or any other picture. A passport photo works the same way.
What happens
The crop box starts in the shape the form wants and keeps it as you drag. The part inside is drawn at the exact pixels, saved as a JPG, and compressed to fit under the largest size, and up to the smallest size when the form sets one, so it isn't refused for being too small. Centimeters are turned into pixels at the DPI you set.
Limits
Forms differ: check the notification for your exam, since some ask for 4 × 2 cm and others 6 × 2 cm. A photo of a signature on lined or colored paper keeps the paper; sign on plain white paper for the clearest result.

Questions

Most SSC and IBPS forms ask for a JPG about 4 × 2 cm, which is 140 × 60 pixels, between 10 and 20 KB, signed in black ink on white paper. Some SSC notifications say 6 × 2 cm instead; the Wide preset covers that.

Usually 3.5 × 4.5 cm, which is 413 × 531 pixels at 300 DPI, as a JPG between 20 and 50 KB. The Passport photo preset sets all of that.

Tick Not smaller than and type the smallest size the form allows. The signature is saved at a higher quality until it passes it.

No. It's resized in your browser, on your device, and nobody else sees it.
