Is FreeConvert safe?
FreeConvert converts files on its own servers, so your file is uploaded first. Its privacy policy says uploads are stored on Amazon Web Services in Ireland, deleted automatically after 8 hours, and not viewed by its staff without your written consent unless a legal procedure requires it. Whether that's safe enough depends on the file: for up to 8 hours, a copy sits on a server you don't control.
